1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms" or "T&Cs") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "you" or "your") and sixer6 (hereinafter referred to as "sixer6", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the sixer6 online betting and information platform accessible at https://sixer6.cam and all associated subdomains, applications and services.

sixer6 is an English-language online betting information and entertainment platform designed primarily for users in Pakistan. Our platform provides sports betting information, live casino content, responsible gambling resources and related informational services to adult users.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by you on the sixer6 Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of all deposited funds and any credited bonus amounts available in your Account at any given time.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback offer, reload bonus or other incentive offered by sixer6 subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means the transfer of funds from your nominated payment method into your sixer6 Account Balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by sixer6 and anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations before certain account functions are enabled.
• "Platform" means the sixer6 website, any associated mobile-optimised interfaces and all content, tools, features and services provided therein.
• "Stake" means the amount of funds wagered on any individual bet, wager or game round.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount (or, where specified, Bonus plus Deposit amount) must be wagered before withdrawal of winnings derived from the Bonus is permitted.
• "Withdrawal" means a request to transfer funds from your Account Balance to your nominated payment method.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency displayed on the sixer6 Platform for Pakistani users.

3 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or using the sixer6 Platform in any manner — including registering an Account, placing a wager, claiming a bonus or simply viewing content — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

4 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on sixer6, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are an individual natural person (not a corporation, partnership or other legal entity);
• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or license jurisdiction;
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and entirely at your own discretion;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your country of residence;
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law (you are solely responsible for verifying this);
• You are not a current employee, director, officer or immediate family member of an employee, director or officer of sixer6 or any associated entity;
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by sixer6 for a breach of these Terms.

sixer6 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and referral to relevant authorities.

5 Account Registration

5.1 Registration Process

To access the full features of sixer6, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, country of residence and any other details requested during sign-up.

5.2 One Account Per User

Each individual user is permitted to maintain only one Account on the sixer6 Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary or linked accounts is strictly prohibited. sixer6 reserves the right to merge, suspend or close duplicate accounts and to void any bets or bonuses associated with them.

5.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. sixer6 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials. You must notify sixer6 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of or access to your Account.

5.4 Account Currency

Pakistani users may operate their Account in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) or in the currency available at the time of registration. Once set, the Account currency cannot be changed. Currency conversion rates, if applicable, are determined by the Platform at the time of the transaction.

6 Identity Verification (KYC)

sixer6 is committed to operating in accordance with anti-money-laundering (AML) best practices and responsible gambling obligations. As part of this commitment, sixer6 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing withdrawals, upon reaching specified deposit thresholds, or upon reasonable suspicion of identity misrepresentation.

KYC documentation may include, but is not limited to:

• A government-issued photo identification document (e.g., National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or driver's licence);
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., bank statement or screenshot of payment wallet);
• Source of funds documentation where large transactions are involved.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension of Account functions, including deposits and withdrawals, until documentation is received and verified.

7 Deposits & Withdrawals

7.1 Deposits

Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the Platform's cashier section at the time of the transaction. sixer6 does not accept deposits from third parties.

sixer6 may reference familiar Pakistani payment methods such as bank transfers (for example, via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah) and mobile wallet services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash or Raast as contextual payment references for Pakistani users. These references do not constitute a claim that such providers endorse, support or are affiliated with sixer6 or online gambling in any way. Availability of specific payment methods is subject to change without notice.

7.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, where technically possible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering requirements. Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. Processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the Platform's cashier section.

7.3 Fees

sixer6 does not typically charge withdrawal fees, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. sixer6 is not responsible for fees imposed by third-party payment processors.

7.4 Currency

All transaction amounts are displayed in PKR for Pakistani users. Where currency conversion is required, the applicable exchange rate at the time of transaction will be applied. sixer6 does not guarantee a specific exchange rate.

8 Betting Rules

8.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on sixer6 are subject to the Platform's applicable betting rules for each sport or event category. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the specific rules applicable to that market. sixer6 reserves the right to void bets where errors in odds have occurred due to technical malfunction, human error or data feed failure.

8.2 Cricket, PSL and ICC Matches

For cricket markets — including Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, ICC tournament matches, bilateral Test series and T20 internationals — specific market rules govern settlement in the event of match abandonment, player injury, weather interruption or other unforeseen circumstances. Market-specific rules are available within each betting market on the Platform.

8.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placement. sixer6 reserves the right to limit the stake size available on any market at its sole discretion, including applying individual account-level stake restrictions.

8.4 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until the Platform has accepted it and a unique bet reference number has been issued. Pending bets are not guaranteed acceptance. sixer6 reserves the right to decline or restrict any bet for any reason, including unusual betting patterns, system errors or risk management grounds.

8.5 Live Betting (In-Play)

In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets accepted while a market is suspended will be voided. Odds during live markets are subject to rapid change; it is the user's responsibility to confirm the final accepted odds before a bet is placed.

9 Bonuses & Promotions

sixer6 may offer various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback promotions, free bets and loyalty programme rewards. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to stated wagering (rollover) requirements before withdrawal is permitted;
• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated offer period and expire within the stated activation window;
• A minimum deposit threshold applies to most deposit-match bonuses;
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any time, unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• sixer6 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time without prior notice;
• All bonus figures published on the sixer6 Platform are illustrative examples unless confirmed as live, active promotions by the current operator;
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, matched betting strategies designed specifically to exploit promotions — may result in forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings and Account suspension.

10 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the sixer6 Platform:

• Registering more than one Account;
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform if you are under the minimum eligible age;
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any other automated means to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, fraudulent activity or any form of cheating;
• Exploiting technical errors, system glitches or software vulnerabilities;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, disassemble or otherwise compromise the Platform's software or security systems;
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that constitutes a criminal offence under applicable law;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing sixer6 staff or other users through any communication channel.

Breach of any prohibited conduct provision may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and, where required by law, reporting to relevant authorities.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the sixer6 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software and the overall presentation and arrangement of the Platform — is the intellectual property of sixer6 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or exploit any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from sixer6.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sixer6 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages — including, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any content thereon, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory.

Without limiting the foregoing, sixer6 makes no warranty or representation that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. The Platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

In no event shall sixer6's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Responsible Gambling

sixer6 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling should be a form of entertainment and must never be used as a method to generate income or to recover financial losses. We strongly encourage all users to set personal deposit, loss and session time limits through their Account settings.

sixer6 provides the following responsible gambling tools to all Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly deposit caps;
• Loss Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly loss thresholds;
• Session Time Reminders: Alerts to notify you of how long you have been actively using the Platform;
• Cooling-off Periods: Temporary suspension of betting activity;
• Self-Exclusion: A permanent or time-limited exclusion from all betting activities on the Platform.

14 Suspension & Termination

14.1 By sixer6

sixer6 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any Account, or to withhold funds pending investigation, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where:

• A breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed;
• Fraudulent, deceptive or illegal activity is suspected;
• KYC verification has not been completed within the required timeframe;
• The Account has been inactive for a period exceeding twelve (12) months (dormant account conditions apply);
• A regulatory or legal requirement necessitates account restriction.

14.2 By the User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting sixer6 through the available support channels. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your nominated payment method, subject to completed KYC and these Terms.

15 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holding the applicable gaming licence is registered and licensed. sixer6 does not represent that the Platform complies with the laws of any jurisdiction other than its licensing jurisdiction.

For users accessing the Platform from Pakistan, it is your responsibility to understand and comply with all applicable Pakistani laws, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any applicable provincial legislation. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice for Pakistani users.

16 Amendments to These Terms

sixer6 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will specify a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
